Return & Refund Policy
To maintain health and hygiene standards, opened or used Oh that! Natural products cannot be returned. The brand by Mocemsa group follows strict policies to ensure safety.
- Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9821652787. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your mode of payment within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
However, kindly note that:
- In order to get the refund amount minus the shipping and courier charges, please ensure the item(s) are in their original packing (outer box) in unopened and undamaged condition. Share a few pictures of the parcel with us at email@example.com. A return shall be accepted post evaluation. And, a refund amount shall be initiated minus the shipping and courier charges.
- Please note the parcel should be completely intact as sent to you, which means it should have not been tampered in any way and should have the Oh that! Natural seal tape intact on the carton. With all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase, please return the item(s) within seven (7) days from date of receipt of the same at your end.
- All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
- Gift sets, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform at the earliest possible which is within 7 days from the receipt of the product. The shipping cost shall be deducted from the total refund.
- In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within seven (7) working days after the product has been delivered, only in case you have;
- received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;
- received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us;
Warranty: In case you find that the product is not working properly after you have opened the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, within Seven (7) days. The faulty product/part has to return back to us for replacement/repair. Please send us pictures of the damaged product(s) immediately on receipt. A thorough evaluation shall be performed at our end. However, if the product has been damaged by you knowingly or unknowingly, a return will not be entertained.
Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person.
